1. Who is the creator of the Cloralys brand:

Chloé, 30, has always been passionate about creation. If you want to know me more, do not hesitate to discover my story in the tab of the website “About Cloralys” or on our Instagram page.

The jewels are assembled by hand, by myself, in my workshop in Bordeaux. To find out more behind the scenes of the workshop, go to the tab of the website “The stages of production”.

3. What is the composition of the jewelry?

The majority of Cloralys jewels are made of 3 micron gold plated, and some of them are gilded with 24k fine gold.
The composition of each jewel is specified in each product sheet.
All jewelry is certified nickel, lead and cadmium free.
Each fine (semi-precious) stone has its own characteristics. To find out more, do not hesitate to consult the "Materials and maintenance" tab.

4. How do I maintain my jewelry?

In order to preserve the shine of your jewellery, it is necessary to avoid contact with water, humidity and perfume. Perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, other acids as well as salt water and especially chlorine are the enemies of jewelry. It is therefore advisable to wear make-up and perfume before putting on your jewellery.
For more information, do not hesitate to consult the " Materials and maintenance " tab.

5. My jewelry is blackened, what should I do?

Your jewelry will acquire a patina over time, this is completely normal. I recommend that you clean your jewelry regularly with soapy water (Marseille soap). You can use a soft brush to remove accumulated deposits (salt water, chlorine, suntan oils). Then rinse them thoroughly with fresh water and wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.

6. Is it possible to have a jewel delivered in a gift bag?

All Cloralys jewelery is delivered in a certified recycled kraft box made in Europe, which can very well serve as gift packaging. No specific gift bag unfortunately available. However, we offer gift cards, for sale on the site, with different amounts.

The delivery service is done by letter followed with a tracking number, sent by email upon confirmation of your order.
The indicative time for sending a letter followed in metropolitan France is about 2 days (48 hours) and about 3 to 4 days for the main European cities (indicative times).
